Anidra (Ms. Joy) Lough is a native of Roanoke, Virginia and currently lives in Greensboro, North Carolina. Joy Lough received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management with a concentration on Human Resource Management from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC. She received her Executive Master of Business Administration from Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs, CO and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Philosophy in Organization and Management from Capella University. She is the mother of two - a son and daughter. She enjoys singing, playing the flute and helping out in the community. Joy founded a non profit organization that focuses on helping underprivileged youth explore, discover and enhance their musical talents. She also founded an organization that assists entrepreneurs with start-up and development of their organizations.
