Commitment to the vision, mission, goals, core values and strategic plan of the agency; ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, and other key stakeholders are all key qualifications. POSITION SUMMARY Alamance County Dispute Settlement & Youth Services seeks a Program Coordinator for the Juvenile Work Restitution Program to join a team of professionals dedicated to supporting our community. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating all court-ordered community service hours and restitution. This position requires great time management and organization skills as well as attention to details to ensure court-ordered commitments are accomplished within the time specified. Program Coordinator will also need to be able to effectively engage families and youth to support compliance. The specific duties will include the following: • Meet all program standards and policies, including, but not limited to, client file requirements, reporting and updating referral sources, volunteer management, etc. • Complete necessary intakes with youth and caregivers to review program expectations and maintain necessary communication to ensure follow through. • Maintain all client stats and records for program effectiveness. • Meet regularly with court personnel to ensure quality control over program, and to maintain excellent working relationships with court counselors and other court personnel. • Attend appropriate community involvement functions. • Assist management with all matters involving human resource needs. • Complete all reporting requirements as established by agency and funding sources. • Market, recruit, and maintain working relationships with local non-profit community work-sites. • Monitor worksites for safety and compliance needs.
